米国発のファッションブランドによる箱根でのロケ撮影にて、約80名のクルーの皆さまへホットミールケータリングとデザートをご用意しました。
WiLLDのホットミールスタイルは、温かいお料理を最適な状態でご提供し、お客様のお好みに合わせて盛り付け量も調整できるケータリング形式です。
今回は海外からのクルーも参加されることから、多様な食文化や食事スタイルに配慮し、ご要望に合わせてメニューを構成しました。

海外のお客様の撮影現場では、
「ランチでお米やパンなどの炭水化物を食べると眠くなってしまうので、できるだけ控えたい」
というご要望をいただくことも少なくありません。
今回も炭水化物は控えめにし、野菜やたんぱく質を中心に召し上がる方が多くいらっしゃいました。
野外ロケは想像以上に体力を使います。長時間の撮影が続くなか、お疲れの様子だった方々からも、
「重たくないのにしっかり満足できる」
「これで午後の撮影も頑張れる！」
といった嬉しいお声をたくさんいただき、大変励みになりました😊

WiLLD On location Catering @ Hakone
WiLLD had the pleasure of providing hot meal catering and desserts for approximately 80 crew members during a location shoot in Hakone for a U.S.-based fashion brand.
Our Hot Meal Catering style focuses on serving freshly prepared dishes at their best temperature, while allowing guests to choose portion sizes that suit their individual preferences and dietary needs.
As the production included international crew members, the menu was thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of eating styles and dietary requirements.

When catering for international productions, we often hear requests such as:
“I try to keep lunch light on carbs so I can stay focused and energized throughout the afternoon.”
This shoot was no exception. Many guests chose lighter portions of rice and instead filled their plates with vegetables and protein-rich dishes.
Outdoor shoots can be surprisingly demanding. After long hours on location, many crew members shared comments such as:
“It’s satisfying without feeling heavy.”
“This is exactly what I needed to get through the afternoon.”
