自然との調和を、未来へつなぐ──
先日、横浜・みなとみらいで開催されたイベントにて、ケータリングをご提供させていただきました。
会場のテーマは「リジェネラティブ」。
自然と人が調和しながら、豊かに循環していくという考え方です。
その価値観に、WiLLDの料理が重なると感じてくださり、今回お声がけいただきました。
イベントご担当の方が私たちを見つけてくださったこと、本当に嬉しく、心より感謝申し上げます。
私たちが日頃から大切にしているのは、契約農家さんから届く無農薬・自然栽培の野菜たち。
自然と向き合い、手間ひまかけて育てられた命ある素材を主役に、丁寧に調理しています。
当日は、季節の葉やエディブルフラワーでテーブルを彩り、
ピンチョスのピックには竹串ではなく、カリッと揚げたパスタを。
お皿やカトラリー類はリユース可能なものを採用し、見た目の美しさと資源への配慮を両立させました。
ご来場の皆さまには、素材の味わいはもちろん、葉やお花まで余すことなく楽しんでお召し上がりいただき、
「ゼロウェイスト」の取り組みにも深く共感していただくことができました。
今回のケータリングでは、
自然・つくり手・食べる人──それぞれがつながり、循環するという「リジェネラティブ」の世界観を、料理を通して表現することができました。
そしてもちろん、「美味しさ」も大切に。
「自然食なのにがっかりしない、満足感のある味でした」
そんな嬉しいお声もいただきました。
ヨガ哲学にある“つながり（ヨガ＝結ぶ）”という考え方を、私たちは“料理”にも込めています。
農家さんと私たち、自然と人間、そして人と人が出会い、心を通わせる場を──
これからもケータリングというかたちで、丁寧に紡いでいきたいと思います。

Connecting with Nature, Shaping the Future
We recently had the pleasure of providing catering for an event held in Yokohama’s beautiful Minato Mirai district.
The theme of the event was “Regenerative”—
a concept rooted in the idea of nature and humanity coexisting in harmony, thriving through mutual, ongoing cycles of renewal.
We were truly honored to be invited by the event organizers, who felt that WiLLD’s culinary philosophy resonated with this vision.
We’re deeply grateful that they found us and offered us the opportunity to be part of this meaningful occasion.
At WiLLD, we cherish our partnerships with local farmers who grow vegetables organically and naturally, without the use of chemicals.
These ingredients, nurtured with care and in tune with nature’s rhythms, are the centerpiece of our cooking.
For this event, we decorated the tables with seasonal greens and edible flowers.
Instead of bamboo skewers, we used crispy fried pasta as picks for the pinchos.
Reusable plates and cutlery were selected to reflect both aesthetic appeal and consideration for resource conservation.
Guests enjoyed not only the flavors of the ingredients but also the leaves and flowers, savoring every element of the dish.
We were thrilled to see our efforts toward zero waste deeply appreciated and embraced.
Through this catering, we were able to express the regenerative worldview,
in which nature, the people who grow food, and those who eat it are all connected in a harmonious cycle.
And of course, we also value deliciousness.
One guest shared a particularly encouraging comment:
“It’s natural food, but it doesn’t leave you disappointed—it’s rich, satisfying, and full of flavor.”
We incorporate the yogic concept of “connection” (yoga meaning “to unite”) into our cooking as well.
We aim to create spaces—through food—where farmers and cooks, nature and people, and people with one another can connect and share a moment of heartfelt harmony.
We look forward to continuing to weave these connections through our regenerative catering.
