春のウェディングパーティー@熱海

熱海の絶景が望める素敵な宿泊施設を貸し切って開かれた、とても温かなウェディングパーティーにて、お料理とドリンクを担当させていただきました。
新郎様はアメリカご出身ということもあり、パーティーには国も文化もさまざまなゲストが集まりました。新郎新婦それぞれのご家族のあたたかさが溢れ、笑顔に満ちた幸せなひとときに、私たちスタッフ3名も初めから最後まで寄り添わせていただき、幸せをお裾分けいただきました。
お料理は、ヴィーガン対応のフィンガーフードに加え、国産の肉料理や相模湾の地魚を使ったメニューもご用意。
近隣の農家さんから届いた無農薬のお野菜とお米を使い、心も身体も喜ぶパーティーメニューをお届けしました。
ドリンクは、
・熱海のクラフトジンと真鶴の柑橘を使ったカクテル
・静岡の日本酒やクラフトビール
・オーガニックジュース など、
多国籍なゲストの皆さまにもお楽しみいただけるラインナップを揃えました。
テーブルの中央には、新婦様のお姉さまが活けてくださった満開の桜の花を飾り、その周囲に彩り豊かな料理を並べて、春らしい美しい食卓に。
素晴らしい時間をご一緒できたことに、心より感謝いたします。

The party brought together guests from various countries and cultures. Surrounded by the warmth of both the bride and groom’s families, it was a joyful and heartwarming celebration filled with smiles. Our team of three staff members had the honor of being there from start to finish, sharing in the happiness of the day.
The menu featured a delightful mix of vegan-friendly finger foods, along with locally sourced meat dishes and fresh fish from Sagami Bay.
We crafted a party menu that nourished both body and soul, using pesticide-free vegetables and rice delivered from nearby farmers.
As for drinks, we offered:

A cocktail made with craft gin from Atami and citrus from Manazuru

Japanese sake and craft beer from Shizuoka

Organic juices
The lineup was thoughtfully curated to please a diverse, international group of guests.
At the center of the table, a stunning arrangement of cherry blossoms—graciously arranged by the bride’s sister—was surrounded by vibrant dishes, creating a beautiful, spring-inspired dining experience.
